Mağazadaki Tüm ürünlerimiz profesyonel ekipler tarafından dijital yöntemleri kullanarak üretilmektedir.  Ürünlerimizin görseller dijital yöntemler ile üretim yapıldığından dolayı renklerde veya görsellerde değişkenlik söz konusu değildir.

Kanvas Tablo Nedir?

Kanvas tablolar elle ressam tarafından yapılmamıştır. Ama ressamın kullandığı tuvaller üzerine baskı teknikleri ile yapılan reprodüksiyon ürünlerdir.

Dijital baskı makinelerinin gelişmesiyle farklı farklı materyaller üzerine baskı yapılmaya başlanmıştır ve tuval bezleri üzerine de baskı yapılmaya başlanmıştır.

Özel olarak tasarlanarak üretilmiş dekoratif ürünlere kanvas tablo denilmektedir. Kanvas tablolar %100 pamuklu tuval bezine su bazlı püskürtme tekniği kullanılarak basılmaktadır.

İstenilen ebat ve boyutlarda yapıldığı için ağırlığı ise farklılık göstermektedir. Baskı işi tamamlandıktan sonra fırınlanmış şase üzerine gerilerek tablo haline getirilmektedir. İsteğe bağlı olarak çerçevesiz veya çerçeveli olarak da tasarlanmaktadır.

  

 

 

  

 

BASKI & TUVAL 

Pamuklu tuval kullanılarak özenle makinelerde baskı yapılmaktadır.

Eco Solvent Makinelerde pamuklu tuvallere özenle baskı yapılmaktadır.

KASNAK ( İÇ ÇERÇEVE )

Baskı yapılan eserleriniz, kurutulmuş ahşap çerçevelere arkadan zımbalama yapılarak el işçiliği ile gerilmektedir.

ÇERÇEVE

Çerçevelerimiz  poliüretan malzemeden fabrikalar tarafından temin edilerek özenle istenilen ebatlara göre kesilir, kesilen çerçeveler tuval ile çerçeve içindeki yuvaya bir santimetre boşluk bırakılarak, çerçevenin arkasından vidalanarak montajı yapılmaktadır.

Çerçevenin arkası kraft karton ile kaplanır, Çelik tel askı ile askı aparatı askı sistemi oluşturulur.

KARGO ve TESLİMAT

Eseriniz çerçeve veya kasnağa alındıktan sonra, Balonlu naylon ile ilk paketleme işlemi yapılır,

 

Kenarlarına kalın ahşap çerçeve yapılan malzemenin arkasına ve önüne üç milimetre kalınlığında ahşap plaka ile paketlenmesi yapılmaktadır, Yapılan paketleme bir ahşap kasaya dönüşmüş olmaktadır. Ahşap kasa anlaşmalı kargo vasıtası ile tarafınıza teslim edilmektedir.
